Dr Chrono is the primary platform for new clients wishing to join my private practice, as well as for current private practice clients. Through DrChrono, you can schedule all types of appointments—including initial visits, follow-up visits, and medication refill appointments—using secure links. In-person visits are available for clients located in Michigan and South Carolina.

​The platform features the Onpatient portal, which has an easy-to-use app for your phone. This app allows you to complete intake forms, access video visits, send and receive secure messages, and pay your bills online. I highly recommend downloading the Onpatient app and enabling notifications to ensure you never miss important communications or appointment reminders.

All ongoing services in my private practice are membership-based and managed through DrChrono. Memberships are based on a 12-month rolling calendar, providing flexibility and continuity of care. Many services can be canceled or upgraded with a 30-day notice after 12 weeks of treatment.

Memberships are available for mental health and nutritional psychiatry, hormone replacement therapy, women’s and men’s health, functional medicine and health coaching, weight loss, primary care, and genomics. Anti-aging services are coming soon!

For clients enrolled in a monthly membership package, I offer streamlined e-prescribing for medications through a compounding pharmacy, including a curated selection from Empower Pharmacy. Membership clients can view available prescriptions and pricing, and conveniently book and purchase medications recommended by their provider.

​Please note that only medications approved and recommended during your consultation will be dispensed; orders for unapproved medications will not be fulfilled or refunded if deemed inappropriate for your care. All prescriptions include necessary supplies and thorough education on your medications.

For current clients seen through the Kiwi Health platform, Visit Klarity provides a secure and convenient way to access initial visits for mental health and ADHD diagnosis, as well as follow-up appointments for ongoing mental health care. Active clients can view additional services offered on the Klarity platform and can easily book, pay for, and schedule their appointments online. Coming soon, you will also be able to book and pay for your EKG and Urine Drug Screen to be completed at your in-person visit, as well as complete and submit your intake forms online. In-person visits are available for clients located in Michigan and South Carolina. This service is exclusively available to established patients who are already enrolled with Kiwi Health and Klarity, ensuring continuity of care and easy access to ongoing support.

For active clients seen via the Open Mind Health platform, you can click and "reserve" a spot on my full calendar for greater flexibility of scheduling. Your appointment will be confirmed once it has been booked on the Open Mind platform, and you will receive email confirmation once you have been scheduled.

Rupa Labs is my preferred company for ordering labs for all clients. This platform enables convenient ordering and coordination of specialty and functional lab testing. As part of your care, I can order a wide range of diagnostic tests—including basic labs and custom lab panels—through Rupa Labs, making it easy for you to complete necessary labs and receive comprehensive evaluations as part of your personalized health plan.
