The OnPatient Portal is a secure online tool that allows you to access your medical records, communicate with your provider, schedule appointments, and manage your health information from any device.
You will receive an email invitation from our clinic. Simply follow the link to create your account. If you haven’t received one, please contact our office so we can resend the invitation.

Once logged in, click on the “Messages” tab. Select your provider and type your message. You will receive a notification when your provider responds.
Yes. You can add or update your payment method and view/pay balances directly in the “Billing” section of the portal.
Log in to your OnPatient portal → Go to Billing → Add a credit/debit card. Once saved, your monthly payment will process automatically.
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
Yes. The portal uses advanced encryption and security features to keep your health information private and safe.
For privacy and HIPAA compliance, each patient should have their own portal account. If you need caregiver access, please contact our office for assistance.
