Not included with Basic Mental Health, Basic Men's Health, Basic Women's Health, or Basic Weight Loss memberships.

For stable patients needing routine prescription refills only. No appointment, clinical follow-up, or medication changes included.



Intake form required for all refills. Monthly blood pressure reading required for stimulant or hypertensive treatments.



Refills approved up to 14 days in advance. Controlled substances are only eligible for pickup on the due date; no early refills available.



Active membership required.

Out of video visits in your membership? No problem!

If you run out of your allotted visits in your monthly membership plan you can purchase extra appointments in increments of 10 minutes for $25 fee.

Do you need another PA or an Appeal? No problem!

PA or Appeal is not available on the basic membership and is an additional $25 fee.

For all other memberships, your first request is included with your membership.
