As an expert in human behavior and motivation I can help you achieve your health goals and empower you to integrate healthy habits into your lifestyle! Includes in depth lab review and guidance. Lab work & other testing is not included.
This package includes a 60 minute health coaching session, to discuss and review your health concerns. Together, we will devise goals and strategies for identifying the root cause and improving symptoms. Each month you will receive 60 minutes of 1:1 coaching. Your visits can be divided into 10, 20, or 30 minute sessions based on your needs.
