A comprehensive first visit to understand your mental health concerns and build a treatment plan that works for you. Your provider will review your medical history, assess your symptoms, and discuss treatment options, whether that's medication, lifestyle strategies, or a combination of both.

This visit is for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.
