The Plus Membership scales up your clinical access, provides deeper administrative support, and integrates advanced objective testing to continuously measure your therapeutic progress.
Who This Plan Is Best For:
While any client can select this plan, it is highly recommended for individuals who:

- Are prescribed controlled medications (such as stimulants for ADHD or benzodiazepines for anxiety) that require close clinical oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Require or desire an annual in-person physical examination.
- Maintain an outside primary care provider but want specialized, root-cause functional psychiatry management.

⚠️ Important Note Regarding Controlled Medications: Because federal and state regulations mandate an annual in-person physical exam for controlled substances, this plan includes a heavily discounted path to compliance. Enrolled members receive 50% off our normal annual in-person visit fee of $209, resulting in a charge of just $104.50 annually in addition to your monthly service fee.

- Expanded Face-to-Face Check-ins: Includes eleven (11) 10-minute clinical video visits per year, ensuring you have nearly monthly face-to-face access to your provider. To maintain legal and ethical continuity of care, members must utilize at least one (1) visit every 90 days.
- 🔄 Flexible Scheduling: For more complex health concerns or deeper reviews, clients have the option to combine multiple sessions into longer visits, scheduled in 10-minute increments (e.g., combining two sessions for a 20-minute appointment).
- Enhanced Medication Care: Includes eleven (11) dedicated refill visits per year to guarantee your maintenance medications are seamlessly managed and routed to your pharmacy without interruption.
- Annual Neuropsychological Testing: Includes one (1) standardized neuropsychological assessment per year to objectively track your cognitive performance, executive function, and treatment response over time.
- Comprehensive Administrative & Insurance Advocacy:
- Unlimited insurance prior authorization (PA) requests to fight for medication coverage.
- One (1) complimentary prior authorization appeal if an insurance company issues an initial denial.
- One (1) official medical accommodation letter per year (for workplace or academic support).
