It is ideal for individuals who want an attentive, single-roof provider to handle their preventative care, sudden sicknesses, and routine chronic health concerns (such as blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, or thyroid issues).


⚠️ Enrollment Prerequisite & Clinical Boundary: You must maintain an active baseline clinic membership to qualify for this special $44/month pricing. To ensure clinical safety and maintain strict boundaries, this add-on plan is dedicated to primary medicine and does not cover or extend your mental health visits or psychiatric prescriptions.

Sick Visits: Four (4) Asynchronous Acute Care Evaluations (Sick Visits) per year. Skip the waiting room and video call when you wake up ill—simply submit your symptom intake form during business hours for rapid text-based diagnosis, care planning, and local prescription routing.
Prescription Safety: Six (6) dedicated refill visits per year to keep your chronic health medications seamlessly authorized at your pharmacy.
