I offer health and wellness coaching only—no formal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided outside of South Carolina, Michigan, Maryland, or New York.
During our 60 minute health coaching session, we will talk about your health issues. Together, we will devise goals and strategies for achieving them. I work with clients on:
