In person visit for clients being treated with any controlled substance. Available only in SC & MI.

Expanded follow up visit for more complicated treatment plans. You receive 20-25 with provider to follow up on your concerns & needs. This visit type is required for any client that has had a lapse in care > 90 days.

Get clarity, diagnosis, or see how effective your current regimen is! 15-20 minute online testing for ADHD.

Available only at your in person visit. EKG's are required for stimulant use every 2 years. Available only in SC & MI.

Yearly urine drug screening is required for all clients on controlled substance medications.

This can be completed at your in person visit for added conveneince and simplicty.

Please note that my office does not have a private bathroom and you would need to collect specimen and carry into office. Available only in SC & MI.
